The Social
Are you new to the Church or maybe you have been coming for ages? Do you find it hard to get to know people after the service on Sunday when people are rushing home? Do you wish we could spend time getting to know each other? If you answers to any of these questions are yes, you may wish to consider joining us at The Social.
The Social is an informal Findlay Church group which gives people a chance to meet up and get to know folk better. The Social normally meets once a month, and there are a variety of activities and events organised to suit everyone’s taste throughout the year. Recently we have organised rock climbing, curling, a BBQ, curling and pot-luck supper which were all very well received.
The Social is typically for those in their twenties and thirties but there is no age limit really. Our activities take place on Friday or Saturday nights, or on Saturday’s during the day for longer activities. Also we are planning a Social weekend away this year, so look out for details of that.
