Findlay Church in all its work with children, young people and vulnerable adults seeks to ensure the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and development of each child and young person and vulnerable adult.
Within this context, Findlay Church is committed to the protection of children and young people and vulnerable adults from all forms of abuse.
Findlay Church is fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people and adults and recognises its responsibility to take all reasonable steps to promote safe practice and to protect these persons from harm, abuse and exploitation.
Paid staff and volunteers will work together to encourage the development of an ethos which embraces differences and diversity and respects the rights of children, young people and adults.
